As part of our specialized team, you will play a vital role in developing cutting-edge buffering and damping solutions used in industries such as defense, aerospace, automotive, and civil engineering. Key Responsibilities:

​

• Mathematical Modeling & Simulation: Develop mathematical models and conduct simulations to optimize performance in damping and buffering solutions.

​

• CAD Designing: Create detailed designs for buffers, dampers, and other components using software like Fusion360, SiemensNx, or SolidEdge.

​

• Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform innovative concepts into functional products, particularly for defense and industrial applications.

​

• Precision CNC Components: Design and oversee the manufacturing of precision components using turn-mill CNC machinery.

​

• 3D Printing & Prototyping: Manage and optimize 3D printing processes to create prototypes and mechanical parts.

​

• Laser Engraving & Metal Casting: Work on projects involving laser engraving for precision marking and metal casting for manufacturing quality components.

​

• Carbon Fiber & Advanced Materials: Contribute to the design and application of carbon fiber components for lightweight, high-strength buffering systems.

​

• Engineering Fabrication: Participate in the fabrication and assembly of mechanical damping systems.

​

Qualifications:

​

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in CAD software (Fusion360, SiemensNx, SolidEdge).

• Experience with modeling, simulation, CNC machining, and 3D printing.

• Knowledge of laser engraving and metal casting is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
